E-BOOK ΓΙΑ ΔΙΑΒΗΤΙΚΗ ΑΜΦ/ΠΑΘΕΙΑ

Μετά την αλληλογραφία που είχε η Ελληνική Οφθαλμολογική Εταιρεία με το Πανεπιστήμιο της Ινδιανάπολης, σχετικά με την συγγραφή βιβλίου πάνω στη διαβητική αμφιβληστροειδοπάθεια και την δωρεάν διάθεσή του στους οφθαλμιάτρους σας παραθέτουμε πιο κάτω, τον σχετικό σύνδεσμο για να προμηθευτείτε το ηλεκτρονικό βιβλίο.

Dear Members of the Hellenic Ophthalmological Society

In 2009 we published a book on diabetic retinopathy that was very popular around the world. Because many places do not have the resources for things like textbooks, we made the book available as a free download so that anyone could have it.

We also provided the book files for free to anyone that wanted to translate it, and they were welcome to optimize the book for their region and then be an author.  

We have produced a second edition of the book that has been updated with all the latest information, including chapters on intravitreal injections and creating outreach and telemedicine programs for areas that are underserved.

The book is available as PDF and ePub files at the website drcobook.com.  If you want to publish it in English we can send you the files to print, and if you want to translate it into a local language, we can sign over the copyright and you can use the book as you want.

We are not interested in making any money from the book—we are just happy to provide the resource to doctors that are interested in treating this common disease.  

Of note, no corporate or pharmaceutical support was provided for this effort; we do it on our own.
